What payment methods can I use?
The David Nail Store accepts the following methods of payment for purchases:
Credit cards accepted: • MasterCard • Visa • Credit cards issued by U.S., Canadian and Japanese banks • PayPal
We do not accept: • CODs • Layaway plan • Personal checks • Money orders • Phone orders • Credit cards issued by banks outside the U.S., Canada or Japan • Credit cards with billing addresses outside the U.S., Canada or Japan
How do I place an order?
To order, simply go to the store website:

Once you find your desired item, click on "Buy" to add it to your shopping cart. When you're finished shopping, select the "Checkout" link.
What is your return/refund/exchange policy?
If you have received damaged, defective or incorrectly shipped merchandise, please contact Customer Service and return the product within 30 days of receipt following the Return/Exchange Instructions below. We will gladly replace or refund the merchandise without additional charge upon return.
If you have ordered incorrectly or are not happy with your purchase, please follow the Return/Exchange Instructions below (and on your packing slip). On these returns, original shipping and handling charges are not refundable and you will be responsible for all costs associated with return shipment, including a $5.00 restocking fee.
Sparkart will not accept any items for return or exchange after 30 days from receipt. (Note that for orders shipped via a non-trackable method we won't be able to determine receipt date.) Sparkart is not responsible for any items returned to us via a non-trackable delivery method that go missing in transit.
Please include the following in your email to Customer Service and in your return:
* Your order confirmation number
* Your first and last name
* Your mailing address
* Your phone number
* What you are returning and why
* How you would like us to handle your return or exchange.
We highly recommend that the items be returned to us using a mail service that provides tracking or insurance.

Once your return has been received by us, we will exchange your item or credit your credit card accordingly. Please allow 3-4 weeks for your return to be processed.
Sparkart will not refund any customer whose order is not received because the shipping address provided during the checkout procedure was inaccurate or incomplete unless that order is classified as undeliverable and returned to Sparkart. Items That Cannot Be Returned or Exchanged:
Unfortunately the items listed below cannot be refunded, returned, or exchanged. All sales of these items are final except only in the case of a manufacturer's defect, backorder (see section below), unshipped pre-order (see section below), or undeliverable package (see section below).
* Underwear or bathing suits
* Any apparel item deemed by Sparkart to show obvious signs of use
* Any physical media (CDs, DVDs, vinyl records) that has been opened (removed from its plastic wrap)
* Any downloadable media
* Any item that is not in its original condition (for example, is damaged or missing parts) for reasons not due to an error on Sparkart's part.

What are these $1.00 charges?
Please note that each time you attempt to register for the fan club or purchase items from the store, the system will attempt to process your credit card payment. The $1.00 "charge(s)" are a normal part of the authorization process. The system seeks a $1 authorization to verify that the credit card is valid.
This authorization "charge" is only a test and will be reversed automatically by your credit card company before you receive your next statement.
My credit card was charged more than once, how do I get a refund?
Each time your credit card is charged successfully, you will automatically receive a billing receipt via e-mail.
Please note that $1 authorizations are NOT charges to your account, and therefore, do not constitute a double billing. A single billing may consist of multiple authorizations.
If you have received more than one receipt, please contact the David Nail Store Support Team and we will promptly issue you the refund(s).
How do I change my password?
In order to update your personal information (e-mail, password, address, etc.), please visit the "Account" section of the website.
Make sure to click on "Save Changes" or "Submit" when you are done.
It may also be helpful to try clearing your cache, deleting your cookies, enabling cookies and resetting your browser before loading the website.
Can I sign in with my Username/Alias?
Due to our new system changes, users are no longer able to sign in to the fan club with their Alias/Username.
Members must now sign in with the email address used when registering their account.
Why isn't my International credit card being accepted?
Please note the following regarding international credit card processing:
Non-U.S. banks/issuers of credit cards do not support electronic address verification systems (AVS), which are used to help prevent credit card fraud. Authorizations are normally processed manually with a phone call placed by the merchant. The David Nail Support Team does not make phone calls to obtain authorizations. Additionally, the David Nail Support Team does not accept credit card information directly for processing. Please do not e-mail your credit card information to the Support Team.
If you receive repeated error messages regarding verification of your address, please make certain that the address you are entering into the registration form for "Billing Address" is exactly the same as the address where the credit card statements are received.
If you are sure that the address you are using is correct, and you are still receiving an error message, please contact the Support Team for further assistance.
Why isn't my US credit card being accepted?
The first thing that you should check is that the "Billing Address" you entered into the registration form matches the Mailing Address on your credit card statement. If it doesn't match exactly, then your subscription cannot be processed.
Second, please be sure your credit card has credit available. If you are still having difficulty registering, please submit a support inquiry to the David Nail Support Team and a representative will assist you further.
Why is my Apartment/Suite Number missing from my e-mail confirmation?
For security purposes, a user's entire Shipping Address will not be displayed on their e-mail confirmation.
If you have entered your complete address during the registration process, rest assured that your entire address has been entered in to our system.
